Hey everyone! I’m Noah, a physique coach here at Natural Physique Coaching!

I have previously competed as a Teenager back in 2022 and making my return to the stage in 2026 as a Junior competing both in the UK and Japan.

I coach athletes in both English and Japanese while also spending time in Tokyo meeting clients as I live between Scotland and Japan! 🇯🇵 

I help individuals all the way from lifestyle clients, to photoshoot and first time competitors both male and female!
